This property has a great mix of open creek bottoms, open woods and thick bedding areas. Deer and turkey sign is heavy throughout the property. Several deer were viewed during the first visit to the property. There is over half a mile of the Middle Branch Shade River on the south end of the property with open hay fields on the north bank. Large rock features accent the river throughout. At grade crossings of Long Run and Middle Branch Shade River.There are several open areas that could be developed into food plots. The open areas in the bottoms are large enough to be planted with row crops.
